📌Dear all applicants, 📩We are looking for qualified candidates for positions below: 🏷 Senior IT Infrastructure Manager Budget range : $3000 , borey industry - Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering. • Experience: 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (Real Estate/Construction experience is a plus). • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Networking (Firewalls/VLANs), Server Administration (Windows/Linux/VMware), and Security/CCTV systems. • Project Management: Proven ability to manage IT setup projects for new office branches or remote construction sites. • Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer with Good English skills for technical documentation and vendor communication. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple sites under pressure. 🏷 Business Development Manager Budget range : Negotiate , Construction industry - Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 5-years’ experience in corporate sales, preferably in office furniture, bedding supply, or real estate/building management (building/office rental, resident/building sales) or related industry. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing, or related field • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships. 🏷 Inventory Manager Budget range : 2000$ (Furniture Factory) - Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 5 years and above of experience in inventory management, warehouse supervision, or factory logistics (experience in furniture, glass, aluminum, or manufacturing setups is strongly preferred). • Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP/WMS inventory systems and Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, and stock reconciliation). • Key Attributes: Strong leadership, highly organized, analytical, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
