(Phnom Penh) On the morning of Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, chaired an inter-ministerial meeting to review and discuss the draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia and the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and SEZ of Russia. The meeting was attended by representatives from seven relevant inter-ministerial institutions, with a total of around 50 participants. This memorandum aims to establish a joint mechanism for cooperation in trade facilitation and the development of processing and export industrial zones between the two countries.
