Cambodia has filed a complaint with the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), following allegations from the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) that the Thai military used chemical weapons and chemical substances during the last year’s border conflict, affecting 395 Cambodian civilians and members of the security forces.
