德崇初创中心举办SETFO 2.0系统培训 覆盖69家金融机构

Dr. Kong Marry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of the board of directors of Techo Startup Center (TSC), and upon the assignment of H.E. Dr. Taing Nguonly, Executive Director of TSC, Dr. Vong Rylida, Deputy Executive Director of TSC, led colleagues to participate in the Training on the Law on Secured Transactions and the Use of the Secured Transactions Filing Office System (SETFO), which was presided over by H.E. Buon Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce. 🔵 During the occasion, Mr. Tum Serey Vathana, Senior Software Developer of TSC, served as a trainer and conducted a demonstration on the practical use and implementation of key functionalities within the Secured Transactions Filing Office System Version 2.0 (SETFO 2.0) to more than 170 participants representing 69 banking and financial institutions. 📌 It should be noted that the SETO 2.0 was officially launched in March 2025 following the reorganization of the system through collaboration between Ministry of Commerce and TSC, aiming to provide modern, user-friendly, efficient, and transparent mechanisms for filing notices. 🔵 Official Social Media Channels: https://tsc.gov.kh/social-media
