Loma Technology现招聘HRBP（人力资源业务合作伙伴），工作地点位于国公省工厂。
岗位职责：
负责工厂人力资源战略规划，协助管理层优化员工绩效；主导招聘流程，处理员工关系管理；确保公司政策及各项人力资源运作符合柬埔寨劳工法规定；参与劳动力规划及相关人力资源策略的制定与执行。
任职要求：
拥有人力资源、商业或相关专业本科及以上学历；具备3年以上制造业或工厂人力资源工作经验；熟悉劳工法相关法规；具备良好的沟通能力与问题解决能力；要求具备中文或英语沟通能力。
薪资福利：

**📢 WE ARE HIRING – HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)**
📍 **Location:** Koh Kong Province (Factory)
We are looking for an experienced **HRBP** to support our factory operations and work closely with management to improve HR strategy and employee performance.
**Requirements:**
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
✔️ 3+ years HR experience in factory/manufacturing
✔️ Strong knowledge of Labor Law
✔️ Good communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Chinese or English is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
✔️ Support recruitment, employee relations & performance management
✔️ Work with managers on workforce planning & HR strategy
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies & labor law
