Morea公司现招聘贸易营销经理，工作地点位于金边，岗位性质为全职，薪资面议。
岗位职责：
负责制定并实施各渠道的贸易营销策略及激活计划；策划并执行贸易促销、营销活动及产品发布；管理终端陈列（POSM）、店内可见度、展示架及试用装，确保陈列图执行到位；追踪并分析销售表现、市场趋势、竞品动态及促销投资回报率（ROI）；与销售、市场、供应链、设计、区域销售经理及美容顾问协作，确保执行质量；监控各门店销售及美容顾问表现，制定改进方案；确保门店达成月度销售目标并维持产品线完整上架；管理贸易营销预算，协调代理商、印刷商及供应商制作活动物料。
任职要求：
拥有市场营销、工商管理或相关专业学士学位；具备至少2年贸易营销经验，有化妆品、快消品、美容或个人护理行业背景者优先；具备出色的规划、项目管理、分析及解决问题能力；熟悉销售渠道及零售执行流程；具备良好的沟通与谈判技巧；熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint及数据分析工具；精通高棉语与英语。
核心绩效指标包括贸易促销投资回报率、销售增长、执行合规性、终端物料有效性、活动发布及预算效率。

🌸WE ARE HIRING — **TRADE MARKETING MANAGER**☘️

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help drive product visibility, sell-out performance, trade activation, and strong execution across our sales channels.
** I. Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and activation plans by channel.
• Plan and execute trade promotions, campaigns, product launches, and activations.
• Manage POSM, in-store visibility, displays, testers, and planogram execution.
• Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and promotion ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Design, ASMs, and Beauty Advisors to ensure excellent execution.
• Monitor WS/BA performance by store and develop action plans with ASMs.
• Ensure all WS/BA stores achieve Strong Start and Full Month targets and maintain complete product line listing.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
• Coordinate with agencies, printers, and suppliers for campaign materials.
** Il. Key Requirement**
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in Cosmetics, FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care.
• Strong planning, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of sales channels and retail execution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
