***Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, with appropriate teaching certification
-1-3 years of teaching experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome
-Strong classroom management and conflict-resolution abilities
-Patience, empathy, and creativity in teaching
-Familiarity with educational software and digital learning platforms
-Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
