应聘者需具备高中或同等学历，且必须持有HVAC（暖通空调）系统及电气动力系统的相关技术认证或培训证书。要求拥有至少2年以上在数据中心或类似环境担任设施技术员、维护技术员等相关职位的经验。
在专业技能方面，应聘者需深入理解HVAC系统（如制冷、供暖、空气循环）及电气动力系统（如UPS、PDU、配电系统）。同时，需熟悉ELV系统，包括安防系统、闭路电视（CCTV）及门禁控制，并具备执行基础故障排查与维护的能力。此外，还需具备网络设备机架安装及线缆管理的实际操作经验。

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in HVAC systems and electrical power systems is a must.
• 2+ years of experience as a Facility Technician, Maintenance Technician, or a similar role in a data center or similar environment.
