旅游部部长胡哈出席派占提父亲七日祭悼念仪式

[English Below] ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីបុណ្យគម្រប់ខួប ៧ថ្ងៃ របស់ឧបាសក ផៃ អៀង ដែលត្រូវជាឪពុកបង្កើតរបស់ឯកឧត្តម ផៃ ច័ន្ទធី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជានាយកខុទ្ទកាល័យក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានទទួលមរណភាពកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១:២៣ នាទីរសៀល ក្នុងជន្មាយុ ៨៨ឆ្នាំ ដោយរោគាពាធ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវសមានទុក្ខដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំជូនចំពោះឯកឧត្តម ផៃ ច័ន្ទធី និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ព្រមទាំងបានបួងសួងឱ្យដួងវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ ឧបាសក ផៃ អៀង បានទៅកាន់សុគតិភពកុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ។ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, attended the seven-day memorial ceremony for Upasak Phay Eang, the father of H.E. Phay Chanthy, Undersecretary of State and Chief of Cabinet of the Ministry of Rural Development, who passed away on May 3, 2026, at 1:23 PM at the age of 88 due to illness. On this occasion, H.E. the Minister expressed his deepest condolences to H.E. Phay Chanthy and the bereaved family, and prayed for the soul of Upasak Phay Eang to attain eternal peace and a blissful rebirth.
