"Problems should be resolved through dialogue rather than conflict", Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC) Goodwill Ambassador Ms. Misbah Khar said when asked what action the ISC would take regarding Thailand’s unlawful acts against Cambodia.
