SV TRUCKING CO., LTD. 现招聘中文销售主管，工作地点位于金边BKK区Tumnob Tuek街。
岗位职责：
负责制定并执行销售策略以达成公司目标；领导、指导并激励销售团队；挖掘新业务机会并建立稳固的客户关系；负责与中文客户及商业伙伴进行沟通与谈判；监控销售业绩并向管理层提交报告；维护客户服务质量，建立长期合作伙伴关系。
任职要求：
具备2至3年以上相关销售经验，以及1至2年以上团队管理经验；中文（普通话）听说能力流利，此为必要条件；具备优秀的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力；拥有达成销售目标的实绩；具备物流或运输行业经验者优先；拥有商业、市场营销、物流等相关专业学士学位者优先；熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。

🔹 Position: Sales Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

**💼 Key Responsibilities**
✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
✅ Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
✅ Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
✅ Communicate and negotiate with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners
✅ Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
✅ Maintain excellent customer service and long-term partnerships
**🎯 Requirements**
✔️ 2–3+ years of relevant sales experience
✔️ 1–2+ years of supervisory/team leadership experience
✔️ Strong Chinese (Mandarin) speaking & listening skills – MUST
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
✔️ Experience in Logistics / Transportation is an advantage
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field is preferred
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
