Vue Aston公寓现招聘MEP维护技术员，工作地点位于金边，岗位性质为全职。
岗位职责：
负责建筑机电、水暖及空调系统的日常维护与维修，执行建筑系统的故障排查与修复工作，确保物业设施正常运行。
任职要求：
1. 具备MEP维护、建筑维护或相关领域工作经验。
2. 熟悉机械、电气及管道（MEP）系统知识。
3. 能够独立完成电气、管道、空调及其他建筑系统的故障排查与维修。
4. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，工作责任心强，能够独立开展工作。
5. 能够适应轮班工作制或根据物业维护计划安排工作。

We are looking for a responsible and skilled **MEP Maintenance ****/Technician** to join our team.
**Requirements:**
Experience in MEP maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field
Knowledge of **Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)** systems
Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other building systems
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willing to work shifts or according to the property's maintenance schedule
