柬埔寨与阿联酋加速推进CEPA协议 拟建双边商业理事会

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ​​ ទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ តឹករ៉េត កំរង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានទទួលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ​ ឯកឧត្តម Obaid Saeed Obaid Bintaresh Aldhaheri ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតវិសាមញ្ញនិងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃអេមីរ៉ាតអារ៉ាប់រួម​ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព​របស់កម្ពុជានៃការអនុវត្តកិច្ច​ព្រម​ព្រៀង​ភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយកម្ពុជា-អេមីរ៉ាតអារ៉ាប់រួម​ (Cambodia-UAE CEPA) និងបានស្នើឱ្យភាគីទាំងពីរពិភាក្សាលើលទ្ធភាពរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១ នៃ​គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះ (Joint Committee) នាពេលវេលាសមស្របខាងមុខ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់វិស័យរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សា និងប្តេជ្ញាបន្តសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយ​ស្ថាប័ន​ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បី​ជំរុញ​ការចរចាបញ្ចប់សេចក្តីព្រាងអនុស្សរណៈ​​ស្តីពីការ​បង្កើត​ក្រុម​ប្រឹក្សា​ធុរកិច្ចចម្រុះរវាងកម្ពុជា-អេមីរ៉ាតអារ៉ាប់រួម, សេចក្តីព្រាង​អនុស្សរណៈ​​ស្តីពីការលើកកម្ពស់កាលានុវត្តភាពវិនិយោគនិងធុរកិច្ច និង​សេចក្តី​ព្រាង​កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀ​ង​ស្តីពីការចៀសវាងការយកពន្ធត្រួតគ្នា (DTA) ​រវាង​ភាគី​ទាំង​ពីរ។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 6 July 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency Tekreth Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, received a courtesy call from His Excellency Obaid Saeed Obaid Bintaresh Aldhaheri, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Cambodia. During the meeting, Her Excellency Secretary of State briefed on Cambodia's progress in implementing the Cambodia–UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between Cambodia and UAE and proposed that both sides explore the possibility of convening the First Meeting of Joint Committee at a convenient time in the near future, to strengthen cooperation across all sectors between the two countries.
