Job for French speaker

💼 法语项目业务人员 (Project Sales Personnel - French)
🔥 核心要求 (Priority Requirement)： 有销售行业经验者优先 (Prior experience in the sales industry is preferred)
薪资结构 (Salary Structure)： 底薪 1,000 美元 + 全勤奖 200 美元 = 总计 1,200 美元
Base salary $1,000 + $200 attendance bonus = Total $1,200.
提成方案 (Commission Plan)： 一线人员 2%，二线人员 5%，三线人员 3%
Commission: Tier 1 (2%), Tier 2 (5%), Tier 3 (3%).
工作时间 (Working Hours)： 周一至周六，每天 12 小时（周日休息）
Monday to Saturday, 12 hours per day (Sundays off).
任职资格 (Qualifications)： 40 岁以下，高学历者优先
Under 40 years old; higher education level preferred.
休假政策 (Leave Policy)： 每工作 11 个月享有一个月带薪假期
One month of leave granted after every 11-month mission.
