On July 8, 2026, lecturers and students from the Bioengineering Department participated in the seminar, “Cetanā and Agentic AI: Intention and Moral Responsibility,” co-hosted by CamTech University, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), and AI Forum at CamTech University.
The seminar brought together academics, researchers, policymakers, and AI practitioners to explore the ethical and philosophical dimensions of Agentic AI, with discussions centered on cetanā (intention), moral responsibility, and trustworthy AI governance.
