Aplus Group位于金边，现面向社会公开招聘销售与市场专员及风险管理专员，薪资面议。
销售与市场专员岗位要求：
1. 学历要求：本科及以上，法律、市场营销、商业、会计、金融或相关专业。
2. 性别要求：仅限男性，且须持有有效驾照。
3. 语言与技能：具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，熟练使用Word、Excel、QuickBooks等办公软件及互联网工具。
4. 其他要求：能够适应偶尔前往外省出差。
风险管理专员岗位职责：
1. 制定风险政策与策略，评估市场、流动性、信用及操作风险。
2. 实施风险管理系统与技术，支持风险委员会工作，并监控监管政策变化。
3. 对资产稳健性进行分类与分析，管理拨备，并提出相关改进建议。
4. 评估内部控制系统及风险管理计划，监控风险缓解计划与季度绩效。
5. 定期报告风险指标，确保公司风险水平处于可控范围。

**Job Description:**
. Develop risk policy and strategy
. Assess market, liquidity, credit, and operational risks
. Implement risk management systems and techniques
. Support the Risk Committee and monitor regulatory changes
. Classify and analyze asset soundness, manage provisions
. Suggest measures for asset soundness and provisions
. Evaluate internal control systems and risk management plans
. Monitor risk mitigation plans and quarterly performance
. Report on risk indicators to ensure acceptable risk levels
