岗位职责：
负责处理欧洲市场客户的咨询与服务工作，确保沟通专业高效，并与团队协作完成相关任务。
任职要求：
1. 具备良好的英语沟通能力。
2. 打字速度需达到每分钟30字以上。
3. 具备客服工作经验者优先录用。
薪资福利：
针对印度团队：底薪为每月30,000泰铢。另设绩效提成，绩效计算方式为合格绩效金额扣除20%技术费（包含渠道/账户费、平台维护费及现金兑换费）后的80%。提成比例根据实际绩效金额从4%至10%不等，具体区间为：5,000–17,999 USDT提成4%；18,000–34,999 USDT提成5%；35,000–50,999 USDT提成6%；51,000–89,999 USDT提成7%；90,000 USDT以上提成8%；140,000–199,999 USDT提成9%；200,000 USDT以上提成10%。
针对中国团队：底薪为每月10,000人民币。绩效提成比例为6%至16%，具体根据公司绩效政策执行。
