Powercom集团现急招HR行政主管一名，工作地点位于金边森速区永旺2附近。
岗位职责与要求：
1. 学历要求：人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 工作经验：具备5年以上人力资源管理经验，有建筑、机电（MEP）或工程领域从业背景者优先。
3. 专业技能：熟悉柬埔寨当地劳工法规，熟练操作人力资源信息系统（HRIS）及薪资管理软件。
4. 语言能力：英语书写及口语流利。
薪资待遇：面议。
工作时间：
周一至周五：08:00 - 17:00
周六：08:00 - 12:00

***Key Requirements & Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience Over 5years in HR, with preference given to construction, MEP, or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and HRIS/payroll software.
• English (good in writing and speaking )
📍 **Location:** Phnom Penh (Near AEON Mall Sen Sok City / AEON II)
🕒 **Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
