Meeting and Congratulations Ceremony for Outstanding Grade 12 High School Graduates for the August 10, 2026 Examination Session  H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism and Head of the Royal Government Working Group for Baray District, Kampong Thom Province, presided over a meeting and congratulations ceremony honoring the outstanding students who passed the Grade 12 High School Diploma examination. The event celebrated the successful graduates from Baray District, including 14 Grade A students, from the August 10, 2026 examination session.  The afternoon gathering was attended by Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs who serve as Secretaries of State at the Ministry of Tourism and Deputy Heads of the Royal Government Working Group for the district; H.E. NGUON Reasey, Deputy Governor and representative of the Governor of Kampong Thom Province; Mr. OUNG Sareoun, Chairman of the Baray District Council; Mr. KHORN Chanthai, Governor of Baray District; Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs heading the Royal Government Working Group across all 10 communes; the Head of the Secretariat; as well as local officials, teachers, parents, guardians, and approximately 100 students.  Speaking at the event, the Working Group Head extended his warm congratulations to all students who passed the 2026 BacII examination with special praise for the Grade A achievers as well as their families and guardians. He highlighted that passing the high school diploma exam represents an important first step toward success and encouraged the students to keep striving to strengthen their abilities, knowledge, and skills to develop themselves into vital human capital for the nation and their families.  Furthermore, he urged all students to continue studying hard to become strong pillars for the nation's future and to prepare themselves as well-rounded successors equipped with real knowledge and expertise. He advised them to choose higher education majors that align with their personal knowledge, passion, and natural talents. He also emphasized the importance of strengthening foreign language proficiency and technological skills, maintaining good health and personal hygiene, living with high moral standards, and strictly staying away from drugs.  It was noted that the incentive awards for each of the 14 Grade A students included one laptop computer and 400,000 Riel.
