J Trust Royal Bank, in partnership with the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC), offers financing under the Rice Export Guarantee Scheme (REGS), supporting eligible Cambodian-owned rice businesses facing collateral constraints.
Under the scheme, rice millers and exporters can apply for financing of up to USD 3 million or its equivalent in Khmer riel. Working capital options include overdrafts, short-term revolving facilities and trade facilities.
