On the afternoon of 17 March 2026, H.E. Dr. KONG Marry, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, chaired and moderated the discussion and provided a consolidated summary of the key points from Session 4, entitled “Public Financial Management: The Critical Role of Digital Transformation,” as part of the agenda of the 2025 Annual Review Meeting on the Implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program, Phase 4.
