[English Below] ឈីងហៃ៖ ដោយទទួលបានគោលការណ៍អនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ឯកឧត្តម សុង តុងហាប់ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ចូលរួម ផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពី «សក្ដានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា» ទៅកាន់វេទិកាអន្តរជាតិ និងបានជួបជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំចិនមួយចំនួន។ វេទិកានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅខេត្តឈីងហៃ សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។   ក្នុងដំណើរបេសកកម្មនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានចូលរួម និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថា ក្នុងពិធីបើកសន្និសីទស្តីពី «កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការវប្បធម៌ និងទេសចរណ៍-Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Conference» អមដោយបទបង្ហាញស្តីពី «សក្ដានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម Ma Rui លេខាធិការនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្តចិនទីក្រុង Yushu និងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បះ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តកែប រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តតាកែវ តំណាងគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិអូឡាំពិកកម្ពុជា និងគណៈប្រតិភូតំណាងប្រទេសសមាជិកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង វិស័យឯកជនដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ សរុបប្រមាណជាង ១៥០រូប។   ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលចូលរួមកម្មវិធីខាងលើ ឯកឧត្តម សុង តុងហាប់ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់កម្ពុជាចូលរួមជាមួយតំណាងគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ប្រទេសឡានឆាង-មេគង្គ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម ជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Wu xiaojun លេខាធិការនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្តចិនខេត្តឈីងហៃ និង ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តឈីងហៃ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងតំបន់។ បន្ទាប់ពីជំនួបនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក៏បានបន្តចូលរួមពិធីបើកផ្លូវការកិច្ចសន្ទនាស្តីពី «កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឡានឆាង-មេគង្គ (Lancang- Mekong Cooperation River-Source Dialogue)» និងបានឡើងថ្លែងសារជូនពរ និងសារអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី១០ ក្នុងពិធីបើកខាងលើ តំណាងឱ្យប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ។ ​ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ រួមជាមួយ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា បានធ្វើដំណីរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ និងដកស្រង់បទពិសោធពីគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍នានារួមមាន៖ សារៈមន្ទីរវិនឆឹង វិមានទន្លេបី (ប្រភពនៃទន្លេមេគង្គ) និងបឹងធម្មជាតិឈីងហៃជាដើម៕   Qinghai: Following high approval of His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia, His Excelleny Song Tong Hap, Secretary of State led a delegation from the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia to participate and promote «Cambodia’s tourism potential» at an international forum and met with several senior Chinese officials. The forum was held from 26 to 30 August 2026 in Qinghai Province, the People’s Republic of China. During this mission, His Excellency Secretary of State delivered remarks at the opening ceremony of the “Cultural and Tourism Cooperation Conference” with the presentation on “Cambodia’s Tourism Potential” under the presidency of His Excellency Ma Rui, Secretary of the Communist Party of China Committee of Yushu City. The event was attended by representative of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, Kep provincial administration, Takeo provincial administration, representative of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia, delegations from Mekong-Lancang countries, relevant private sectors, national and international media representatives accounted for more than 150 persons. During the programme, H.E. Song Tong Hap, Secretary of State, led the Cambodian delegation, together with representatives of senior delegations from Lancang-Mekong countries, in paying a courtesy call on H.E. Wu Xiaojun, Secretary of the Communist Party of China Committee of Qinghai Province, and other senior leaders of the Qinghai Provincial Administration, with a view to strengthening regional cooperation. Further, His Excellency Secretary of State continued to attend the official Opening Ceremony of the “Lancang-Mekong Cooperation River-Source Dialogue” and delivered congratulatory remarks and conveyed greetings on the occasion of the 10th Anniversary of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation. Besides, His Excellency Secretary of State together with Cambodian delegation to join a technical and experience exchange visits to a number of important cultural and tourism destinations, including the Yushu Museum, the Sanjiangyuan Monument, located in the source region of the Mekong River, and Qinghai Lake.
