Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years or more of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or facility management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, & building maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of chiller systems.
• Able to manage spare parts, maintenance materials, supplier quotations, & basic maintenance costs.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, & communication skills.
