**Bromsgrove International School Cambodia (BISC)** is delighted to announce the appointment of **Ms. Heng Bunnika as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO).** With **over a decade of proven leadership in Cambridge international education**, Ms. Bunnika brings extensive experience in whole-school leadership, academic excellence, institutional development, and building high-performing teams. A significant highlight of her academic leadership has been her contribution to **Cambridge A Level examination excellence**, supporting students to achieve **outstanding A Level results and some of the strongest academic outcomes in Cambodia over the past five years**. Her leadership in academic quality, assessment, teacher development, and student support reflects her strong commitment to achieving excellence at the highest level of secondary education. Beyond school leadership, Ms. Bunnika has played a leading role in directing the **Scholarship & Study Abroad Centre**, developing international education pathways and collaborations with leading universities and education partners around the world, particularly across the **United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, and China**. Her work has helped students access international study opportunities, scholarships, university guidance, and pathways to globally recognised higher education. As **Deputy CEO of BISC**, Ms. Bunnika will help drive the school’s next chapter of growth by strengthening academic excellence, advancing school operations, expanding global partnerships, and creating greater scholarship and university progression opportunities for our students.
