Job Purpose To supervise and control all PVC production activities including cutting, welding, assembly, and inspection to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Production Management • Plan and supervise daily PVC production operations (cutting, high-frequency welding, hot air welding, assembly). • Ensure production targets (quantity & timeline) are achieved. • Monitor workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. • Coordinate with planning team for production schedules. B. Technical Supervision • Oversee PVC material handling (rolls, thickness, coating). • Ensure correct machine settings for: o HF welding machines o Hot air welding machines o Cutting machines • Troubleshoot technical issues in welding seams, air leakage, and bonding defects. • Ensure proper mold/jig usage for boat components. D. Team Supervision • Supervise operators, welders, cutters, and helpers. • Assign tasks and monitor performance. • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT). • Enforce discipline and attendance control. Job Requirements 1. Education • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: o Mechanical Engineering o Industrial Engineering o Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent experience) 2.
