On 23, September 2026, at 2:30 PM, with the high authorization of **His Excellency Bou Tharin**, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR), **Mr. Ly Kosal, Director** of Legal Affairs and Compliance Department, accompanied by technical officials, attended the Secretariat Meeting of Working Group -N Non-Bank Financial Services Working Group(Public Sector) held at the headquarters of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA). The meeting was presided over by **His Excellency Mey Vann**, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the FSA, and Chairman of the Secretariat of Working Group -N Non-Bank Financial Services Working Group(Public Sector).
The objective of this meeting was to review and discuss challenges and concerns raised by the regulators under the purview of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority for the upcoming meeting with the Secretariat of Working Group-N (Private Sector).
