(ហ្សឺណែវ, ស្វ៊ីស) ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម សួន ប្រសិទ្ធ ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងជាប្រធានស្ថានបេសកកម្មអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) និងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិពាក់ព័ន្ធវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីអបអរសាទរខួប ១០ឆ្នាំ នៃគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិកសម្រាប់ទាំងអស់គ្នា (eTrade for all Initiative) នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ប្រទេសស៊្វីស។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បានលើកឡើងពីវឌ្ឍនភាពដ៏គួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់របស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការជំរុញសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថលក្នុងរយៈពេលជិតមួយទសវត្សរ៍កន្លងមក ដោយបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជាទទួលបានលទ្ធផលលេចធ្លោក្នុងការអនុវត្តអនុសាសន៍នៃការវាយតម្លៃការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក (eTrade Readiness Assessment) របស់សន្និសីទអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងការអភិវឌ្ឍ (UNCTAD) ដែលបានចាប់ផ្តើមក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៧។ ជាលទ្ធផល កម្ពុជាអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពអាទិភាពសម្រេចបានរហូតដល់ ៩២% ដែលជាអត្រាខ្ពស់ជាងគេក្នុងចំណោមបណ្តាប្រទេសដែលត្រូវបានវាយតម្លៃ។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗផ្សេងទៀតរបស់កម្ពុជា រួមមាន៖ ការរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក, ក្របខណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមឌីជីថល (២០២១-២០៣៥), ការពង្រឹងក្របខណ្ឌច្បាប់និងលិខិតបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត, ការលើកកម្ពស់ប្រព័ន្ធទូទាត់ឌីជីថល, ការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មនីតិវិធីគយ, និងការគាំទ្រដល់សហគ្រាសខ្នាតមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម (MSMEs) ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងពាណិជ្ជកម្មឌីជីថលឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរាជទូត បន្តថា ខណៈដែលកម្ពុជាកំពុងត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ការចាកចេញពីឋានៈជាប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច (LDC)… --- His Excellency SUON Prasith Attends the Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the eTrade for all Initiative at the United Nations Office in Geneva ... (Geneva, Switzerland): In the afternoon of Wednesday, 8 July 2026, His Excellency SUON Prasith, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and other international organizations (Economy & Trade) in Geneva, attended the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the eTrade for all Initiative, held at the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland. During the commemorative event, His Excellency Ambassador highlighted Cambodia’s remarkable progress in advancing its digital economy over nearly the past decade. He noted that Cambodia has achieved outstanding results in implementing the recommendations of UNCTAD’s eTrade Readiness Assessment, conducted in 2017. As a result, Cambodia has successfully implemented 92% of the prioritized actions, representing the highest implementation rate among the countries reviewed. His Excellency Ambassador also underscored Cambodia’s other significant achievements, including the development of the National E-Commerce Strategy, the Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021–2035, the strengthening of the legal and regulatory framework, the promotion of digital payment systems, the modernization of customs procedures, and enhanced support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to participate more effectively in digital trade.
