On the morning of Thursday, 20 August 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, the Secretariat of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) officially organized the launch workshop on the “Startup Investment Package Program Cohort 2” (SIPP 2), honorably presided over by His Excellency Meas Soksensan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
