工作时间为每日12小时（含2小时休息），具体时段为上午11点至晚上11点。薪资结构为底薪加销售提成，首月薪资为700美元底薪加100美元绩效，且首月无休。次月起底薪调整为800美元，转正后最高可达1000美元。此外，员工可根据净利润获得2%至7%的销售提成。
