职位描述
现招聘数据处理及回访专员，工作地点位于海外，面向印度、巴基斯坦及孟加拉国地区。岗位实行12小时轮班制（含1小时休息），公司提供VPN、拨号软件及相关工具。
岗位职责包括进行客户回访与跟进，保持专业沟通，根据不同情况选择话术，并优化沟通方式。印度地区要求每日完成50通有效通话，每通时长至少1分钟。
薪资由基础工资及全勤奖金构成。印度地区基础薪资32,000卢比，全勤奖金3,000卢比；巴基斯坦及孟加拉国地区基础薪资250 USDT，全勤奖金25 USDT。
绩效目标方面，周目标为召回8名合格玩家，月目标为20名合格玩家。印度地区设有特殊初始目标：首月6名，次月10名，第三个月起恢复至20名。
佣金政策：超过月目标20名后，印度地区每名奖励1,600卢比，巴基斯坦及孟加拉国地区每名奖励12 USDT。若未达标，将扣除相应绩效，印度地区每缺失一名扣除1,600卢比（最高扣除16,000卢比），巴基斯坦及孟加拉国地区每缺失一名扣除12 USDT（最高扣除120 USDT）。
特殊薪资规定：若员工在入职不满一个月时离职或被解雇，将不发放基础工资，改为按合格玩家数量结算。结算标准为：印度地区每名合格玩家1,000卢比，巴基斯坦及孟加拉国地区每名合格玩家8 USDT。

🎯 TARGET POLICY
Weekly Target:
• 8 qualified recalled players per week
Monthly Target:
• 20 qualified players per month

💵 COMMISSION / BONUS POLICY

• Every qualified player above 20 = ₹1,600 commission

• Below 20 monthly players → ₹1,600 deduction per missing player
• Maximum deduction: ₹16,000

• Below 20 monthly players → 12 USDT deduction per missing player
• Maximum deduction: 120 USDT

• Customer follow-up and pullback calls

• Select suitable scripts according to different situations
• Improve successful communication methods

📌 SPECIAL SALARY RULE
If an employee resigns or is terminated before completing a full month, the basic monthly salary will not apply. Payment will instead be calculated according to qualified players:
