求职频道刷屏收USDT 称零风险缓冲期护账户

Telegram上的求职频道近期反复出现同一条收币广告：以“最优汇率、最安全的交易方式、最高佣金回报”为卖点，声称每日收购USDT，并且先付款后收币，还提供所谓“缓冲期”保护账户。帖子把资金分为100%干净资金、游戏资金和混合流动性资金三类，结尾强调公司现金储备充足、愿建立长期合作，但全文没有公司名称、注册主体或牌照信息，联络方式只有一个个人Telegram账号。
“先打款”正是需要警惕的地方。链上转账不可撤回，法币付款却存在撤回、拒付和事后报案的空间：对方先转入的法币可能来自盗刷账户或第三方受害者，一旦原主报案，收款账户会被冻结追查，而USDT已经转出。所谓“缓冲期”没有任何技术手段能阻止对方事后撤回付款或报案冻结，它只是让交易看起来更安全的话术。帖子主动把资金按“干净”“游戏”“混合”分类，也说明它对资金来源的合规性没有把握，这类资金进入账户后，被牵连的风险由收款方承担。
