低碳建筑投资研讨会将于2026年10月5日下午13:30至17:30在金边凯悦酒店（Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh）二楼7号会议室举行。本次活动由欧洲商会（EuroCham）主办，旨在探讨柬埔寨低碳建筑的投资前景与实践路径，活动全程免费，但需提前注册。
研讨会内容分为三个核心环节。第一环节聚焦基础数据，涵盖柬埔寨首个国家建筑登记系统、针对250栋建筑的能源评估结果、实际能源绩效指标（EPI）基准，以及本地可实施的12项主要节能措施。
第二环节探讨绿色建筑设计与分类标准，重点介绍柬埔寨国家银行的绿色金融分类法，以及柬埔寨绿色建筑认证体系。
第三环节关注绿色金融的实际应用，内容涉及柬埔寨气候融资机制（Cambodia Climate Finance Facility）与外贸银行（FTB）提供的商业金融产品，并介绍如何获取建筑融资准备阶段的免费支持。
