Forward Cam International Investment Co., Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to join our growing team in the agricultural sector 🌾
📌 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in pesticides, fertilizers, or agricultural products
• Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Experience in staff training and team leadership
• Good knowledge of Cambodian agricultural practices and key crops
• Ability to travel frequently to provinces
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and negotiation skills
