The Commune位于金边堆谷区，现招聘销售主管一名，负责带领销售团队实现月度业绩目标，并直接推动公司销售增长。
岗位职责包括：管理、激励及辅导销售顾问团队；制定销售策略及跟进系统；监控销售线索、转化率及整体业绩表现；处理重点客户及复杂案例，协助成交；向管理层汇报销售结果、面临的挑战及行动计划；识别增加收入及提升业绩的机会。
任职要求：具备较强的团队领导能力，能够独立负责顾问团队的绩效表现。
工作时间为周一至周六，上午8点至下午5点。薪资待遇面议。

📣We are looking for a strong sales and team leader who can own the Consultant Team’s performance and directly contribute to the company’s sales growth.
📌Key Responsibilities
•Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
•Manage, motivate, and coach sales consultants
•Develop sales strategies & follow-up systems
•Monitor leads, pipeline, conversion, and sales performance
•Handle key clients & complex cases and support deal closing
•Report sales results, challenges, and action plans to management
•Identify opportunities to increase revenue & improve performance
⏰Working hours: Mon to Sat-half day | 8am-5pm
