1. 具备5年以上快消品或医疗器械行业销售经验。
2. 拥有深厚的渠道管理经验，精通批发与分销渠道运作。
3. 具备带领及管理销售团队的实战经验，能够确保团队及个人销售目标的达成。
4. 熟悉市场进入策略、经销商管理及零售执行流程。
5. 具备出色的谈判、沟通及客户关系管理能力。
6. 能够适应工作需要，前往柬埔寨各省份出差。
薪资待遇：面议。

Sales Manager
• 5 years of sales experience in slow moving good, or consumer goods.
• Strong experience in distribution channel management (wholesale & distribution channel).
• Proven ability to achieve team and individual sales targets.
• Experience with health products, medical equipment.
• Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Good understanding of route-tomarket, distributor management, and retail execution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to provinces as required.
