Dr. TAING Nguonly, Director General of the General Department of Digital Economy (GDDE), led the working group to attend the first meeting of the Technical Working Group for the Development of the Public Investment Project Management Data System. The meeting was chaired by H.E. PEN Thirong, Secretary of State of MEF and Deputy Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee, with the participation of MEF’s management.
