Prime Minister Hun Manet reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to resolving its border dispute with Thailand peacefully and in accordance with international law, stressing that sovereignty and borders must not be changed through the use of force or the creation of faits accomplis, during his address to the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) summit in Baku, Azerbaijan, on October 15.
