现招聘销售专员，工作地点为100%居家办公，主要针对印度、巴基斯坦及孟加拉市场。
岗位职责：
每日需完成50通有效通话，每通电话时长至少1分钟。工作期间需严格遵循沟通话术，保持专业沟通，不断优化销售技巧与转化表现。每月目标为开发8名合格玩家。
薪资福利：
印度市场：底薪32,000卢比，全勤奖3,000卢比。超出目标的合格玩家每位提成4,000卢比。
巴基斯坦及孟加拉市场：底薪250 USDT，全勤奖25 USDT。超出目标的合格玩家每位提成30 USDT。
扣款政策：若未达月度目标，将按缺失的合格玩家数量进行扣款。印度市场最高扣款额为16,000卢比，巴基斯坦及孟加拉市场最高扣款额为120 USDT。即便未达标，扣除相应金额后仍可获得剩余底薪。若未满一个月离职或被解雇，薪资将根据合格玩家业绩结算，而非发放月度底薪。
工作时间：
每天工作12小时，包含2小时休息时间。需适应夜班或轮班制。
任职要求：
年龄20-35岁，性别不限。具备销售或呼叫中心经验者优先。要求具备基础英语能力及当地语言能力，沟通说服力强，具备目标导向意识与纪律性。
设备要求：
需自备Windows系统电脑、高速网络、工作用智能手机、带麦克风的耳机。工作环境需安静专业，建议配备电力备份设施。

💎 COMMISSION
🇮🇳 India: ₹4,000 per qualified player above 8

📌 DEDUCTION POLICY
Below monthly target = deduction per missing qualified player.
🇮🇳 Maximum deduction: ₹16,000
🇵🇰🇧🇩 Maximum deduction: 120 USDT
✅ SALARY PROTECTION:
Even if you do not achieve the target, your remaining fixed salary will still be paid after applicable deductions.
🔥 No deduction beyond the maximum limit.
⚠️ Early Leaving: Employees who resign or are terminated before completing a full month are paid according to qualified-player performance instead of the monthly basic salary.
