EASYSPEED GLOBAL FORWARDING (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. 现急招2名货代客服及操作主管/专员，工作地点位于金边Exchange Square。
岗位职责包括负责货代业务的日常操作、单证处理及相关法规执行。应聘者需具备良好的沟通能力，能够处理客户服务需求，并保持高度的组织协调与多任务处理能力。
应聘要求如下：
1. 学历：物流或相关专业优先。
2. 经验：至少3年货代操作经验，且最近一份工作需为货代行业。
3. 专业技能：精通货代操作流程，具备丰富的空运全流程操作经验。
4. 软件要求：熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，并精通Cargowise货代系统。

>> Freight Forwarder Customer Service and Operations Supervisor/Specialist (2 position)<<
*Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operation. Lastest working experience is freight forwarder.
- Strong master of freight forwarding operations, documentation handling, regulations, and industry practices. Main and excellent experience in Airfreight end to end operation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software (specifically Cargowise) and Microsoft Office Suite.
