商务部举办AI出口培训 助力提升出口竞争力

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសណ្ឋាគារបៃតង រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោកជំទាវ សុមេធ សុមនា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើក «កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោល លើកទី៥ ស្តីពី ដំណោះស្រាយបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) សម្រាប់ការលើកកម្ពស់ការនាំចេញ» ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោកស្រី គ្រីស្ទីណា ណូវីយ៉ូ ហ្គាស៊ីយ៉ា (Cristina Novio Garcia) មន្ត្រីកម្មវិធី (Programme Officer) នៃគណៈប្រតិភូសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្រោមគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើម «ការពង្រឹងសេវាគាំទ្រការនាំចេញរបស់កម្ពុជា» ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការគាំទ្ររវាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលសហព័ន្ធអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដោយបានប្រមូលផ្តុំនូវអ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិ មន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងសមាគមធុរកិច្ច និងទីប្រឹក្សាធុរកិច្ចឯកជនជាច្រើនរូប។ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ៥ ថ្ងៃនេះ មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគ្រូបង្គោល ទីប្រឹក្សាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងអង្គការគាំទ្រធុរកិច្ច (BSOs) ក្នុងការទាញយកសក្តានុពលបច្ចេកវិទ្យា AI ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ ដើម្បីផ្ទេរចំណេះដឹងបន្តដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុន និងសហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីនេះបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើមុខវិជ្ជាគន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖ បច្ចេកទេស Prompt Engineering ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងវិភាគទិន្នន័យទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ (ជាពិសេសទីផ្សារសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប) ការរៀបចំសំណើតម្លៃផ្តោតលើតម្រូវការរបស់អ្នកបញ្ជាទិញ (Buyer-focused Value Propositions) ការបង្កើតប្រព័ន្ធជំនួយការ AI ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន (Custom AI Assistants) សម្រាប់សម្រួលកិច្ចការនាំចេញ ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំកញ្ចប់មេរៀន និងផែនការសកម្មភាពជាក់ស្តែង។ តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ នឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសេវានាំចេញនៅកម្ពុជា ជួយឱ្យសហគ្រាសក្នុងស្រុកអាចធ្វើទំនើបកម្មប្រតិបត្តិការ ស្រាវជ្រាវទីផ្សារកាន់តែរហ័ស និងសុក្រឹត ព្រមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងនៃផលិតផលសក្តានុពលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ និងសង្វាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់សកលប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 31 August 2026, at Baitong Hotel Phnom Penh, Her Excellency SOMETH Somnea, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the opening of the "5th Train-the-Trainer Program on AI Solutions for Export Promotion." The ceremony was attended by Ms. Cristina Novio Garcia, Programme Officer of the Delegation of the European Union to Cambodia. Organized under the "Strengthening Cambodia's Export Services" initiative—with the joint support of the European Union and the German Federal Government—the program brought together international experts, Ministry of Commerce officials, business association representatives, and private business consultants. The five-day intensive training was designed to upskill Cambodian trainers, trade advisors, and Business Support Organizations (BSOs) in responsibly and effectively leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to support local enterprises. The curriculum focuses on practical applications, including prompt engineering, international market intelligence (with an emphasis on the EU market), developing buyer-focused value propositions, building custom AI export assistants, and designing actionable training packages.
