柬埔寨王家军总司令旺比盛（Vong Pisen）近日致函菲律宾武装部队总参谋长罗密欧·布劳纳（Romeo Brawner Jr.），就东盟观察员团队（AOT）近期在柬埔寨境内的活动提出正式抗议。
据《金边邮报》报道，该观察员团队此前未经柬埔寨方面协调，擅自进入位于柬埔寨奥多棉芷省的克纳寺（Khnar Temple）区域进行考察。
柬埔寨军方在信函中指出，此次考察活动未获得柬方授权或配合。目前，柬方已要求菲律宾方面针对该团队未经协调的越界考察行为作出说明。

**Cambodia files complaint with Philippines over unauthorised AOT tour of Khnar Temple**
General Vong Pisen, commander-in-chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF), has issued a formal letter of complaint to General Romeo Brawner Jr., chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, regarding the activities of the Thai-based ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), who entered the Khnar Temple area in Oddar Meanchey province without Cambodian coordination last week.
