‼️‼️MASSIVE HIRING IN SRI LANKA 🇱🇰 ( Locals Only ) POSITION - **Payment Support Executive ** **Salary - 350$-450$** - Allowance 100$ / monthly - Medical Claim 500$ / yearly - Emergency Leave - Medical Leave 👉 **Job Responsibilities** - Provide customer support to users via online communication channels. - Assist customers with account-related inquiries and payment issues. - Process and monitor deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and efficiently. -Follow up on transaction statuses and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details. -Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
