游戏平台现面向印度、巴基斯坦及巴西市场招聘推广专员，岗位性质为全职。
薪资结构由底薪、KPI提成及月度奖金组成，月薪范围在400美元至1200美元之间。底薪发放设有考核门槛，每15天需获取至少100名新客户方可保留职位。根据业绩表现，底薪档位如下：获取300名以上客户或达成30万利润，底薪500美元；获取500名以上客户或达成50万利润，底薪700美元；获取800名以上客户或达成100万利润，底薪1000美元；获取1000名以上客户或达成200万利润，底薪1200美元。此外，单月获取600名以上新客户可额外获得150美元奖金。
KPI提成基于净存款计算。入职前3个月提成比例为2%；3个月后，提成计算需扣除6%的存款手续费及4%的取款手续费。若当月业绩未超过上月，KPI提成将扣除10%。

💰 Base Salary & Target Tiers:
Base (Unmet Targets): $400 (⚠️ Must acquire 100+ new clients every 15 days to retain position)

📈 KPI Commission (Based on Net Deposits):
