អបអរសាទរ ខួបទី៧៧ ទិវាកុមារអន្តរជាតិ (១មិថុនា) ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «សន្តិភាព ជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការគោរពនិងកិច្ចគាំពារសិទ្ធិកុមារ»
ការប្រារព្ធទិវាកុមារអន្តរជាតិនេះឡើង គឺដើម្បីរម្លឹកដល់ការអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិជាមូលដ្ឋានរបស់កុមារ និងបង្ហាញពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានារបស់កុមារ ជាពិសេសការបង្ការទប់ស្កាត់ និងឆ្លើយតបចំពោះអំពើហិង្សាលើកុមារ ពលកម្មកុមារ សុវត្ថិភាពកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ដោយជួយគាំទ្រដល់កុមាររងគ្រោះ និងងាយរងគ្រោះពីហានិភ័យ ការគំរាមកំហែង ការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងការរំលោភបំពានគ្រប់ទម្រង់បានទាន់ពេលវេលាប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីឱ្យកុមាររស់នៅ និងអភិវឌ្ឍដោយសុខដុមរមនាក្រោមម្លប់សន្តិភាព។

Celebrating the 77th Anniversary of International Children’s Day (June 1) under the theme: “Peace is the Foundation of Respecting and Protecting Children’s Rights”
The celebration of International Children’s Day commemorates the implementation of children's fundamental rights and highlights the government's commitment to addressing children's challenges, particularly in preventing and responding to violence against children, child labor, and online safety. This includes supporting children who are victims and those vulnerable to all forms of risk, threats, exploitation, and abuse in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that children can live and develop harmoniously under the protection of peace.
Indeed, children represent a vital resource for national development. The Royal Government of Cambodia's Pentagonal Strategy Phase-1 has designated “people” as the foremost priority sector. Therefore, investing in well-being, safety, and development of children today, is an investment in Cambodia’s future, building a strong foundation of human capital that holds the potential for Cambodia’s future growth and prosperity.
