The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation has appointed Dr Yem Vibol, a renowned expert in virtual reality and haptic technologies, as the first Executive Director of the newly established National Research Foundation (NRF), following the issuance of a government sub-decree on Dec. 30, 2025, establishing the funding institution.
