2026年10月26日上午，柬埔寨副总理兼国家禁毒局主席涅沙文，与副总理兼外交与国际合作部部长布拉索昆，在金边共同主持了第20届法语国家峰会国家筹备委员会第8次会议。

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នឯកឧត្តមសន្តិបណ្ឌិត នេត សាវឿន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រចាំការ និងជាប្រធានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងគ្រឿងញៀន និងឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ក្នុងនាមជាសហប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលលើកទី២០ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៨ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់អនុគណៈកម្មការតាមផ្នែកនីមួយៗ ក្នុងការត្រៀមរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសហប្រធានទាំងពីរ ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនដល់អនុគណៈកម្មការ និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការសម្របសម្រួល និងកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ការអនុវត្តដ៏ហ្មត់ចត់ និងការបញ្ចប់ការងាររៀបចំផ្សេងៗ តាមផែនការកំណត់ សំដៅធានាបាននូវដំណើរការដោយរលូន និងជោគជ័យ នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនេះ។
Dans la matinée du 26 octobre 2026, Son Excellence Monsieur le Vice-Premier ministre PRAK Sokhonn, Ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, et Son Excellence Santibandit NETH Savoeun, Vice-Premier ministre et Président de l’Autorité nationale de lutte contre la drogue, en leur qualité de coprésidents du Comité national d’organisation du 20e Sommet de la Francophonie, ont coprésidé la 8e réunion dudit Sommet, qui se tiendra à Phnom Penh du 14 au 16 novembre 2026.
À cette occasion, les coprésidents ont donné plusieurs orientations et formulé des recommandations aux sous-comités et aux entités concernées afin de garantir une coordination et une coopération étroites, une mise en œuvre rigoureuse des préparatifs et et de finaliser, dans les délais impartis, l’ensemble des dispositions prévues, conformément au plan de travail et au calendrier établis, afin de garantir le bon déroulement et le plein succès du Sommet.
On the morning of 26 October 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime PRAK Sokhonn, Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and His Excellency Santibandit NETH Savoeun, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the National Authority for Combating Drugs, in their capacity as Co-Chairmen of the National Organizing Committee for the 20th Francophonie Summit, co-chaired the 8th meeting of the National Organizing Committee to review the progress made by the various Sub-Commissions and relevant institutions in preparing for the 20th Francophonie Summit, which will take place in Phnom Penh from 14 to 16 November 2026.
On that occasion, the Co-Chairmen provided key guidance and recommendations to the Sub-Commissions and relevant institutions to ensure close coordination and cooperation, meticulous implementation, and the timely completion of all necessary preparations in accordance with the work plan and schedule, with a view to ensuring the smooth conduct and success of the Summit.
