柬埔寨会计与审计监管局举办会计审计法规宣讲研讨会

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១៤កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និយ័តករ គណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម នៃអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ សហការជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានគណនេយ្យករជំនាញ និងសវនករកម្ពុជា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជូនសាស្រ្តាចារ្យនិងនិស្សិត នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកស្រី នាន បូនី អគ្គនាយករង នៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ថារិន អគ្គនាយក នៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម អមដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីនៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម និងតំណាងមកពីវិទ្យាស្ថានគណនេយ្យករជំនាញនិងសវនករ កម្ពុជា។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហាន ឌីវីន សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង តំណាង ឯកឧត្តមសាស្រ្តាចារ្យបណ្ឌិត ហោ ប៉េង សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង ព្រមទាំងព្រឹទ្ធបុរស និងលោក លោកស្រី សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ ដែលបង្រៀននៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងគណនេយ្យ រួមទាំងសិស្ស និស្សិត ចំនួន២៥០នាក់។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងអំពីច្បាប់និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាពិសេសពង្រីកការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមជូនដល់ សិស្ស និស្សិត លើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖ (១) ច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្មនិងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ (២)ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅនៃស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យ (៣)វិជ្ជាជីវៈគណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្មកម្ពុជា និង (៤)កម្មវិធីសិក្សាគណនេយ្យករជំនាញកម្ពុជា។ On Wednesday, 1 April 2026 the Accounting and Auditing Regulator of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority, in collaboration with of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors and National University of Management organized a Dissemination Workshop on “Accounting and Auditing Obligations and Related Provisions” for professors and students at National University of Management. The workshop was presided over by Mrs. Nean Bony, Deputy Director General, of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, representing H.E. Bou Tharin, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, and was attended by the management team and officials of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator, as well as representatives from Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors. The seminar was attended by H.E. Dr. Han Divin, Vice Rector, representing H.E. Prof. Dr. Hor Peng, Rector of the National University of Management, along with deans, professors, lecturers, and teaching staff from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, as well as a total of 250 students.
