**The Official Opening of Historic Arthoross Museum**
Cambodia's newly renovated Arthoross Museum atop Oudong Mountain in Kandal province has officially opened to the public, offering visitors and researchers access to centuries of the country's cultural and religious heritage.
According to the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, converting the former temple into a museum is intended to strengthen the conservation of the historic structure and its giant Buddha statue while expanding public education and awareness of Cambodia's rich cultural legacy.
The museum also serves as a permanent exhibition space for important archaeological artifacts recovered from the royal stupas and the former royal capital of Oudong.
