DT Global亚太区现急招项目经理（Program Manager – Education and GEDSI），工作地点位于金边，岗位性质为全职，薪资面议。
岗位职责包括：
为提升项目质量提供专业建议与支持；针对澳大利亚发展项目中的社会包容、公共服务交付、社会政策改革及教育等关键领域，进行综合分析并提供政策建议，负责撰写政策简报、战略分析报告及决策支持文件；负责人类发展组合内项目的全流程管理，涵盖设计、实施与监控，具体包括进度跟踪、关系维护、项目绩效评估、合同管理、风险控制、财务预算管理及报告撰写。

✨ Program Manager – Education and GEDSI
· Provide advice and support to strengthen program quality.
· Support comprehensive analysis and policy advice on key areas of Australia’s development program, including but not limited to social inclusion, public service delivery, social policy reforms, and education through producing analytical and advisory products, including policy briefs, strategic analysis papers and decision-support documents.
· Support the effective management of the design, implementation and monitoring of Australia’s development programs and activities, within the Human Development portfolio including monitoring progress, managing relationships, program performance, contract management, risk management, financial and budget management and reporting.
