金边桑园区高端住宅项目现招聘住宅服务总监（Director, Residential Service）1名，薪资面议。工作时间为周一至周五，上午8点至下午5点。
岗位职责包括负责住宅销售与租赁业务的战略规划，建立高绩效团队并实施有效的管理文化，通过数据驱动进行决策，并确保业务在压力环境下高效运作。
应聘条件如下：
1. 学历要求：持有商业、房地产或相关领域的学士学位，拥有MBA或硕士学位者优先。
2. 工作经验：具备5至10年住宅销售与租赁经验，其中包含至少5年管理经验，以及3年以上总监级或高级管理岗位经验。
3. 核心能力：具备战略思维、高度的诚信与自我驱动力，熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint、Word等办公软件。
4. 语言要求：英语听说读写流利，具备优秀的人际沟通能力。精通中文、日语或韩语者优先考虑。

Job Requirements :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/Master's is a plus).
• Experience: 5–10 years in residential sales & leasing, including 5+ years in management and 3+ years in senior/director-level roles.
• Leadership: Strong team leadership, people management, and ability to build a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Communication & Languages: Excellent verbal and written English with strong interpersonal skills (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or regional languages are a plus).
•Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, high integrity, self-motivation, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
WORKING CONDITION:
• Monday to Friday ( 8am-5pm )
